7. Shipping and Delivery
Murexo currently ships within the United States only.
Standard shipping is free on all orders.
Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. After processing, delivery generally takes 5–11 business days.
Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another appropriate carrier.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays or other transportation-related issues.
Orders are subject to the applicable order processing and shipping schedule. The stated order cutoff time is 5:00 PM New York time.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 business days, subject to the requirements of Murexo's return policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law or otherwise stated by Murexo.
Products must meet the applicable return requirements. Products that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Items must retain their original tags, labels, stickers, packaging, accessories, manuals, free gifts, and other components included with the original purchase.
Products showing stains, odors, smoke smell, pet hair, or other visible signs of use are not eligible for return.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products; clearance or final-sale items; items marked as non-returnable; gift cards; and digital products are not eligible for return, except where an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly shipped, or otherwise subject to a legal right of return.
Products damaged through misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.
Returns submitted after the applicable return period, with missing parts or components, or without required return authorization where applicable, may be refused.
For damaged or defective products, Murexo may require an uncut unboxing video clearly showing the product and the reported issue. Failure to provide the requested uncut unboxing video may affect eligibility for a return or refund.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
